KTD Series of outer rotor-low noise Centrifugal Fans is a new type of fans that adopts double inlet air type, with forward multiwing impeller and belt drive, it also uses most advanced design and aerodynamical principle .The charasteristics are small volume, compact structure, easy to assemble, high pressure,etc. Whole serie fanss NO. from 2.5AS to 5.0M, totally 24 kinds,CFM is from 1000m3/h to 20000m3/h. It is the ideal mating product of the central air-conditioning unit-counter and other  air-conditioner, deaning, ventilation  products .Fans performance on catalogue is according to GB1236-2000.

BKTD Series of triphase Exd outer rotor-low noise Centrifugal Fans,which aerodynamical principle and structure are same as same machine No. of KTD series .The impellers are made of aluminum, matching with motors that are triphase Exd outer rotor,low noise motors.This series is suitable for spot that has mixture of detonating gas in ⅡA、ⅡB grade, temperature set is TI-T4 condition,also is the specialized matching machine of BFKT unit.BKTD series of anti-explosion fans totally has 15 kinds: 2.5S、2.5L、3.0M、3.5S、3.5M、3.5L、4.0S、4.0M、4.0L、4.2S、4.2M、4.2L、4.5S、4.5M、4.5L.

Enclosure

KTD,BKTD Series of Fans case can made of hotdipping steel or rollsteelsheets,fans side lives up to aerodynamical principle, inlet hose is stretched directly from side. Volute and side connection uses unite forming system, not electrical welding or spot welding, which can avoid oxidation. Fans side has the installation hole of foot, that is for customer to change outlet direction if need.All the holes are filled by plastic when leaving factory.

Impeller

KTD,BKTD Series of Fans use specific shape forward multiwing impeller, and adopt illustration rivetting for impeller cover and disc.Impeller, cover and disc are made of hotdipping steelwhich is colded precessed.Every fans are adjusted dynamic balance according to JB/T9070, precision is G4.0. velocity of vibration is below 1.0mm/s, impellers run steadily.BKTD series impellers are made of Aluminum

Inlet hose

Inlet hose of KTD,BKTD Series of Fanss use one time punching and bending with fine steel, install to fans sides,cross section that is paralleld with axle direction,air fluency, little loss.

Electric motor

Electric motor of KTD,BKTD Series of Fanss use  phase asynchronous outer rotor low noise motor,impellers and motors are connected together with bolt, and install into enclosure.

Foot stand

Foot stands of KTD,BKTD series of fans are made of zinc coating steel with punching, install foot stands to sides of enclosure with bolt.
