rotate direction

Series of Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fans can devided into Left rotation and right rotation, that means look from drive side, impeller contrarotation is left rotation, impeller clockwise rotation is right rotation.Both ends of standard fanss can be installed belt pulley, so it is not limited by direction.

outlet direction

Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fans can make as 0º、90º、180º three directions.

RDK Series of Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fanss use backward circular type of blade, welding flat corona and curved cover together.Blade and cover are made by tooling process.Every fans are adjusted dynamic balance according to JB/T9070, precision is G5.6.

inlet hose

Inlet hose of RDK Series of Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fanss use one time punching and bending with fine steel, install to fans sides,cross section that is paralleld with axle direction,air fluency, little loss.

axle

RDK Series of Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fans mail axles use 45 fine Carbon Construction Steel,  are made by thermal refining with fine process.After installation, surface of main axles are finished with antirust and anti-corrosion, that can protect main axle.

outer frame

RDK Series of Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fans outer frames weld by Rolled Steel Section, surface is finished by paiting,very beautiful.

bearing

RDK Series of Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fans bearings, below 10# can use UCP bearing with base, Above 10# can use fraction cast iron bearing with self-aligning roller bearing,fasten to frame, every bearing base has hole for adding lubricant.

RDK Series of Air-Conditioner Centrifugal Fanss use tapesleeve type lock belt pulley, easy to take down.Belt pulley can be grown or exotic accordingly.
